Just a few days ago the opening of a new and very interesting exhibition in the prestigious Palazzo Strozzi in the very heart of the city of Florence. The exhibition displays 96 paintings, 17 sculptures, 20 objects of design, it is a story describing the years during the fascism, with a very lively and creative art, the early development in our country of the large communication system, so the posters, the radio, the cinema and the first revues which receive from the various arts a large quantity of ideas and images for a very large audience. In a few words an age that has deeply changed the Italian history. In the exhibition it is possible to admire magnificent works of art by Sironi, Martini, Guttuso, Fontana, Cagli and many others. Most of the works arrive from important private collections as well as by the main museums and foundations in Italy and abroad Early in October, exactly from the 4th another nice and interesting exhibition starts in the same place at the Contemporary art centre La Strozzina Francis Bacon and the existing state in the contemporary art.
